Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic caused and unprecedented global disruption that hit students and educators in the middle of a semester. This case study outlines how faculty teaching at Wor-Wic Community College transitioned from an in-person flipped-blended model to a fully virtual instruction with Acrobatiq courseware. Despite expectations that this global disruption would be. Mirrored in a disruption in retention and learning outcomes, students in these course sections continued to engage in the courseware and produced even higher course grades compared to previous years.
